Red chilies
Cloves of garlic
Shallots
Fresh turmeric (or dried)(gurkmeja)
Tomatoes
Fresh ginger
Candlenuts, or cashew nuts
Corriander seeds (crushed)
Dried shrimp paste (or anchovies)
Coconut oil
Tamarind pulp
Salam leaves
Lemon grass
Water and salt

Do like this:

Put all ingredients (ex water) in a food processor and make a paste. Cook the paste with some water for about an hour. Use the paste as an all inclusive spice paste when cooking fish. Put it in the fish when frying the fish. Mix with coconut milk and cook the fish with it.
